🏨 HISTORY:
- Canada’s oddest and award-winning comic book store! 
- Located in the historic Mitchell House (circa 1820), a three storey ironstone Georgian house situated on the north-east corner of Prince and Lower Water Streets in Halifax, Nova Scotia 
- Strange Adventures now has 3 locations in Atlantic Canada (Halifax, Dartmouth, and Fredericton) 
📝 LOU’S NOTES:
- Reminiscent of the comic book store in the Big Bang Theory with more hipster, historic charm! 
- Wednesday is “New Comics Day” and the new releases are usually ready by 10am 
- They buy/sell new and old comics, graphic novels, toys, board games, card games, clothing, anime & manga 
- They offer a subscription service where you can get new comics delivered to your door every week! 
- The staff are so knowledgeable about all things comics, so don’t hesitate to ask them for guidance 
- Incredible spot for collectors and comic book aficionados 
- The owner and his dog are pictured on the free postcards near the counter (a fun souvenir!)
